Kaila Niles is a Creative Director and Designer living and working in Northern California. She leads creative and marketing teams for world-class and bespoke brands, collaborating with artists, designers, and photographers to create unique content and timeless design that strengthens brand identities.
For the past five years, she has been Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Wool, a design studio focused primarily on interior design, art direction, brand design, and creative consultation for commercial and residential clients and brands. An Art Director and Stylist for over sixteen years, she has worked with clients such as Restoration Hardware, Wool, Pansy, Cost Plus World Market, Google, Jeune Wine, and Commune Regional Wines, among others.
All areas of Kaila's creative work utilize her innate sense of style and balance. She works from an intuitive and energetic place with a focus on texture, color, and light. The mother of two young daughters, she has a lifelong passion for nature, design, and fiber arts, which endlessly inspire her creative work. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
